I am an Executive Coach accredited at Senior Practitioner level by the EMCC, with 12 years' experience on J.P. Morgan's trading floor before leaving to build something of my own. My MSc research focused on how mid-career professionals find a sense of meaning in their work.

I use the Cappfinity Strengths Profile, a research-backed assessment trusted by leading organisations including Barclays, BBC, Cisco, EY, McKinsey, Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, PwC, Sky and Unilever. As a certified Strengths Profile Practitioner, I deliver the individual and team dimensions of the tool measuring both performance and energy, revealing not just what you're good at but what energises you.
By the end of this workshop your people will:

About Tanya
I am an Executive Coach, accredited at Senior Practitioner level by the EMCC, with a track record of coaching senior professionals and leadership teams across professional services, technology and finance. I hold an MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (Oxford) and an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (University of East London).
My person-centred approach draws on positive psychology and coaching psychology to help individuals and teams build self-awareness, apply their strengths and perform their best. My MSc research focused on how mid-career professionals find and sustain meaning in their work.
Before coaching, I spent 12 years in hedge fund sales on J.P. Morgan's trading floor, reaching Director level. From there, I co-founded a retail technology company and became a Master KonMari® Consultant. This combination gives me an academically grounded, commercial approach to working with senior professionals and leadership teams.
